Do what feels right with this piece. It will take you different places when used in meditation. Place it on your head. Sit on it. Gaze at it. This piece is labeled "Outer and Inner" because as I was testing it, it has a frequency to change multiple energy fields. It is a timeline jumper type of energy. It's a weaving of energy…both inside and outside of you. The experience with this piece will always change, but it is a constant movement and flow. Sometimes, it's soft and sometimes it's a rushing river of energy.
